Standing beyond the vast sea
Is a horizon I want to see
A boundary I want to transcend
And a limit I want to break

What pray tell might be the reason for my constraint?
Could it perhaps be simply my fear of the unknown?
Or the fear that my dreams are out of reach?

Regardless, I will persevere
Looking forward with no fear
Believing and affirming the future I want to see
Looking and envisioning the person I want to be

So that when I look back and see how far I have come
I can beat my chest and say

Well done!
